Web Check-in Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Passengers must be at the airport no later than 45 minutes before the flight's estimated time of departure (ETD).

    For Domestic Flights:
    • With check-in baggage, passengers shall proceed to the web check-in counter for documents verification and acceptance of check-in baggage.
    • Without check-in baggage, passengers may proceed to the boarding gate.

    For International Flights:
    • Passengers with or without baggage shall proceed to the web check-in counter for documents verification and acceptance of check-in baggage.

  2. Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand-carry baggage small enough to be placed in the overhead bin or under the passenger seat of the aircraft cabin with a
    maximum dimension of 45 in, and maximum weight of 7 kgs (15 lbs).

  3. Dangerous goods (articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment) must not be carried in passengers' hand-carry or checked baggage.

  4. Boarding gates close 15 minutes before ETD.

  5. Philippine Airlines reserves the right to offload passengers for failure to arrive at the web check-in /document verification counter or boarding gate on time.

  6. Philippine Airlines reserves the right to reseat passengers in the event of aircraft substitution or change seat assignment for security, safety, regulatory and operational reasons.

  7. Passengers seated on emergency exit row must comply with safety regulations and requirements.

  8. Passengers must be fit to travel; clearance must be secured for medical cases.

  9. Philippine Airlines reserves the right to require that the credit/debit card used in purchasing the ticket(s) online be presented at document verification counter. Philippine Airlines reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers or refuse to reissue, revalidate, rebook or refund a ticket for failure to comply with foregoing requirements.

  10. Present your home-printed boarding pass and a valid ID at the airport.
