Web Check In

You can check into your flight online from 24 hours to 2 hours prior to your flight's departure. You can select your seat and print your boarding pass before proceeding to the airport.

This service is currently available for Philippine Airlines' domestic flights between Manila and Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Kalibo, Laoag, and Tagbilaran.

Web check-in is also available on flights between Manila and Bali, Bangkok, Beijing, Delhi, Fukuoka, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Macau, Nagoya, Osaka, Singapore, Taipei, Tokyo, and Xiamen.

Flights to/from Manila will arrive/depart at NAIA Terminal 2.

Terms and Conditions

  • Present your home-printed boarding pass and a valid ID at the airport baggage drop counter and document check counter no later than 45 minutes prior the published departure time.
  • Dangerous goods (articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment) must not be carried in passengers’ carryon or checked baggage.
  • Boarding Gates close 10 minutes before departure time. Passengers may not be accepted for travel after gates close.
  • Philippine Airlines reserves the right to offload passengers for failure to arrive at the baggage drop/document check counter or boarding gate on time.
  • The Airline may reseat passengers without prior notice due to regulatory, safety and operational requirement.
